Guy Branum is an Emmy Award and Golden Globe-Winning writer (HACKS) and the creator and host of truTV’s Talk Show The Game Show, a hilarious mashup of two beloved television formats that pits comedians and celebrities against each other for the title of “Best Guest of the Night.” He recently starred in the Universal rom-com BROS with Billy Eichner as well as writing on the new Mel Brooks variety series History of the World, Part II alongside Nick Kroll, Wanda Sykes, and Ike Barinholtz. You can catch him on the new Apple series Platonic with Rose Byrne and Seth Rogan. His published book My Life As A Goddess is a collection of side-splitting and illuminating essays and was quoted as being “Wickedly smart, funny and witty” by Kirkus Reviews and recently made NPR’s 2018 Good Reads List and Entertainment Weekly’s Must List. You may also know him from his recurring segment “No More Mr. Nice Gay” on Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, serving as “Staff Homosexual” on Chelsea Lately and his performance as Natalie Portman’s sassy gay friend in the feature film No Strings Attached. Noticing a trend? As a TV writer, Guy was a supervising producer on Comedy Central’s hit show The Other Two. Other TV writing credits include A League of Their Own from Amazon, Punk’d and Awkward on MTV, Another Period on Comedy Central, Billy on the Street on truTV and Fashion Police on E! He has served as a Co-EP on the Netflix animated project Q-Force, the live-action pandemic NBC comedy Connecting and the UNT. Baldwin/Grammer comedy series for ABC. He recently wrote for the third season of HACKS.
ONE NIGHT ONLY: Kathryn Gongaware
Kathryn Gongaware is a comedian, writer, actress, and relative hypocrite. She's known for her fierce honesty, distinct race takes, and an unfortunate amount of self-awareness, most (all) of which stem from teaching yoga in Cook County Jail.
Kathryn has headlined The Laugh Factory, featured at Zanies, and performed at clubs all over the country, including The DC Improv, The Comedy Cellar, and The Comedy Store. She's opened for many of your favorite international headliners while writing scripts, filming shorts, and losing innumerous games of pool. She produces Sofar Sounds Comedy for Chicago and is the co-creator and co-host of Beyond Bars, a podcast highlighting people impacted by the criminal "justice" system. Her first special was released with LMAOF Comedy this January, alongside her web series pilot, Not Flexible.
Kathryn's parents reside here in Wilmington, where they have grown to be as both fond and judgmental of standup as comedians themselves.

Kam Patterson
Kam Patterson is a comedian from Orlando who is quickly gaining recognition for his sharp, high-energy sets and effortless crowd work. His comedy career started at just 10 years old when performing his debut set at his grandmother’s 50th birthday. Kam’s natural charisma and unique, upbeat humor most recently landed him a regular slot on the extremely popular KILL TONY show. He’s a rising star in the stand-up world and a frequent performer at the Comedy Mothership club in Austin, along with many other comedy venues in Austin and across the country.
Marcella Arguello
Marcella is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor whose comedy knows no bounds; she eagerly discusses any and every topic that tickles her. From dating short guys - because she has no other options at 6'2'' - to being mistaken for a man, her Latinx identity, her take on race & gender, and wild stories & situations she's gotten herself in and out of. Marcella's debut half hour comedy special Bitch, Grow Up. on HBO & HBO Max is quickly becoming a comedy classic. She can also be seen regularly on the hit CBS show, After Midnight, and upcoming appearance in Peacock's POKER FACE with Natasha Lyonne.
The Woke Bully - which debuted at #3 on the Billboard Comedy Charts and was named One Of The Best Comedy Albums of 2019 by NPR program Bullseye - is a combination of Marcella's unique perspective & honesty and captures what it's like to experience her live. In 2023, she can be seen on Fuse TV's second season of We Need To Talk About America, where first generation comedians dissect American-centric topics and viral videos.
Marcella was also the host of The Cache on Tubi in 2021, a hilarious clip show that infuses Marcella's unique perspective on viral videos. In 2020, COVID-19 halted the entertainment industry, but Marcella managed to guest star in Sarah Cooper's Netflix Special Everything's Fine, was seen as a panelist on David Spade's Lights Out on Comedy Central, killed her over-the-top dance numbers on The Funny Dance Show on E! and had a covid compliant interview on FuseTV's Like, Share, Dímelo.

Recently MSN.com listed Marcella as number 10 in their list of "Top female comedians working in film and television today" alongside Amy Schumer, Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong. In the Fall of 2017, Vulture.com presented their list of "Comedians You Should and Will Know" and Marcella was the top industry pick which gained her a feature in the November issue of New York Magazine.
Marcella was deemed an "LA Comedian to Watch in 2017" by Time Out Magazine while maintaining her reign as a fan favorite and six-time winner on Comedy Central's @midnight. She wrote for the renewed Netflix series "Bill Nye Saves The World" and was a writer on the first season of the James Corden-produced show, Drop The Mic on TBS. Additionally, Marcella won her appearance on TruTv's Comedy Knock Out, was featured on Viceland's Flophouse, and in 2015 on NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly; her stand up has been highlighted on rapper Tyler, The Creator's mobile app and on Fox's The Real.
Baron Vaughn
Baron Vaughn is an actor, writer, director, and standup comedian. As an actor, he was a series regular on Netflix's Grace & Frankie in the role of "Bud" and is the voice of "Tom Servo" in Netflix's Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Return. He's also been a recurring guest star on Comedy Central's Corporate, Tru TV's Those Who Can't, Comedy Bang Bang, and appeared in the films Cloverfield and Black Dynamite. He was the co-creator and co-host of Comedy Central's The New Negroes and Funny or Die's Call & Response. He also starred in the Fusion network documentary Fatherless. Baron's directorial debut, the short film So Muck to Do, featuring Toni Trucks, can be seen in the horror anthology Scare Package on Shudder.
As a comedian, Baron's performed stand-up on HBO's 2 Dope Queens, TBS's Conan (twice), Showtime's SXSW Comedy, as well as The Meltdown and The Half Hour both on Comedy Central. Gianmarco Soresi is a New York based stand-up comedian, actor, and creator known for his sharp societal observation and spry, energetic stage presence. David Nihill
Leaving Dublin, Ireland where he was born and raised until the age of 22, David got drunk on travel and never quite hit sobriety of it. He has lived and worked in twelve countries and visited over seventy. His shows draw on his wide travels, cultural observations, attempts at language study, (occasional) international drinking session(s) and being a mildly confused immigrant.
David is the winner of the prestigious annual San Francisco Comedy Competition, (previous finalists include Robin Williams, Ellen DeGeneres and Dana Carvey) and runner-up in the Moth’s largest US Grandslam storytelling competition. Also a bestselling writer, David recorded his debut special Documented for Dry Bar Comedy in 2019, and his follow up Cultural Appreciation in 2023.
